This is 70 Middle Lane. I thought I could remove some of the land on the left hand side of the lot, but, although it is really small, it’s not quite small enough. It probably doesn’t make any sense not to enlarge it if I can’t fix the lot.
I opted for a pool in the back since the owner is going to be someone who exercises a lot.
Anyway, it is VERY small.

Leicester is an old soul, and strives to be at one with nature (fruit especially, because it’s nature’s candy and candy’s healthy candy).
She has a special appreciation for folk music as it is inoffensive to fruit and nature. It is arguably the least destructive genre of music in her mind (disregarding all of the riots it has incited). Guitars and dulcimers get her and her fruit thing.
Maybe her friends would be more encouraging of her interests if they would just GO with her to an orchard and bring all of the stringed instruments she made for them.
People just don’t understand the miracle that in spite of this somewhat dystopian society we live in, we all have access to fresh fruit.
